The college is dedicated to contributing to the construction of a new Iraqi society, guided by principles that cultivate individuals who are faithful to their Creator and country, creative and innovative, capable of facing the challenges of the modern era, armed with knowledge and science, and committed to high moral values applied consciously in all aspects of life. To optimally invest in the potential of its faculty, the college has granted partial leave to some instructors holding a master's degree to pursue a PhD, and has sent others to study at prestigious international universities. The college remains committed to developing its academic staff, updating and improving curricula, and building bridges of collaboration with research institutions and universities in Arab and foreign countries.
