Ownership of University of Babylon Websites
The University of Babylon websites are our private property and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws of the Federal Republic of Iraq. We are the exclusive owner or licensee of all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and any other intellectual property rights on the University of Babylon network online. You may print and download portions of materials contained on the University websites for non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright notices and other rights displayed on those copies. Any other copying, redistribution, publication, or transmission of any part of the materials available on the University of Babylon network is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent. You agree not to alter or remove any ownership notices from any materials copied from University of Babylon. Force Majeure
We are not responsible to you for any delay or failure to fulfill your request on the University of Babylon network due to causes beyond our control or the control of our service providers.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any further notices under the current user terms will be given via email, and receipt is confirmed once the electronic acknowledgment confirms your receipt of the message. You must provide any notice under the current user terms via the email address provided. Failure by us to insist on any of our rights at any time does not waive our right to insist on them later. If any part of the current user terms is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain unaffected. All provisions related to the University of Babylon network online are included in the current user terms and referenced documents, with priority given to the current user terms over any other legally effective documents.
